I use a combination of bodywork styles during each session to suit my client and provide care, relief and balance. I combine my educational knowledge in the physical anatomy, the energetic anatomy and various approaches - including Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Cupping and Relaxation Techniques. I have 14+ years of experience working with a varied collection of organizations in multiple locations across the U.S. - ranging from high end pampering resort spas to more medical based businesses such as acupuncturists, chiropractors and naturopaths. This eclectic background of education and experience helps me to provide a wide angle holistic approach that is beautifully customized for every body.

  • 60 or 90 Minute Massage: We will work together to design what the best treatment will be for you on the day of your appointment.

  • 60 or 90 Minutes CranioSacral Therapy For Clients 13 years and up:  CST is a light touch style of bodywork.  The light touch allows me to blend and meld with your connective tissue and unwind restrictions that may be hiding in there and causing dysfunction that may show up as pain and or discomfort.  Working together and freeing up these restrictions in the body the central nervous system and the rest of the body can function at its best.   CranioSacral can also be combined with any massage treatment.

  • Craniosacral Therapy Clients 12 years and Under:  Your new babe can go on a crazy road while entering the world or learning to walk and they have the same connective tissue as you! Freeing up some of these restrictions can bring relief to discomfort your baby may have.  CST has been shown to help our young ones who struggle with torticollis, lactation issues, colic/reflux and digestive disorders, tongue and lip ties just to name a few.   If booking CST for your child, we will usually book our first session for 60 minutes unless we chat about something different.  These 60 minutes will give us time to chat, get comfortable and work on your little one.  Younger children and babies don’t usually need or want the full 60 minutes.  It is usually pretty clear to both me and the caregiver when a child or baby is done with the session. If baby finishes before our 60 minutes is complete this will give me time to teach you how to work on your child at home or maybe allow us to get you on the table to get a few releases yourself!

  • Cupping Therapy: The suction provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow as well and stretch and unwind fascia. This is great for those suborn areas that just never seem to release.   Cupping can be done as its own treatment or added to any session.

You can book by calling the office or booking online. If you would like more information about any of the services Megan offers, you can visit her website.
