Join me October 5th at Growing Green Families to re-connect with your core for a stronger and more capable, and comfortable body.

We will be performing a brief self-assessment and a bodyweight workout. Bring your yoga mat, water, and comfy clothes.

This workout is safe (and highly encouraged) for prenatal and postpartum mamas, but beneficial to anyone looking to say goodbye to common aches and pains, and hello to a stronger, more connected and integrated core.
